for free|||Open set-up file. And follow as reccomended.|||Um...what the hell are you smoking? A video card is hardware. You can't just download and install one. You have to physically acquire one and install it, and you cannot do that for free unless someone gives you one.
Furthermore, if you don't already have a DirectX 9 capable card then your computer isn't worth upgrading.
